to crop an image
Select the image to bring up the Picture Tools tab.
At the end of the ‘Format’ ribbon click the downward facing arrow under ‘Size’.
Select ‘Crop’ from the options.
Four dark handles will appear around the image; click and drag these into postion.
Simply double click the mouse to apply the crop.
